Troubleshooting
Welcome messages are not being sent
Ensure welcome messages are enabled, the bot has permissions to send messages in the selected channel, and your server is active in the dashboard.
Variables are not being replaced in messages
Check that you're using the correct variable syntax with double curly braces ({{variable}}). Make sure the variables are spelled exactly as shown in the dropdown.
Welcome image is not displaying
Verify the image URL is accessible, uses a supported format (.jpg, .png, .gif, .webp), and the bot has permission to embed images in the channel.
Action buttons are not working
Check that button links are formatted correctly. Use /channel-name for Discord channels or full URLs for external links. Ensure the bot has necessary permissions.
Welcome message formatting looks wrong
Different platforms have varying markdown support. Test your formatting and adjust the rich text editor settings for optimal display on your platform.
New members are not receiving welcome messages immediately
There may be a slight delay in processing. If messages are consistently delayed or missing, check server status and bot connectivity in your dashboard.
